Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Commercial Development:
Negotiate and obtain approval for the budget and commercial action plan from the Regional Director. Propose and implement the agency’s commercial action plan and budget. Collaborate with the team to expand the client portfolio and achieve set objectives. Manage and oversee agency operations:
Organize and enhance the skills of the agency’s sales force. Handle credit applications and account overdrafts; forward requests that exceed their authority with recommendations. Manage Human Resources and internal logistics. Continuously monitor adherence to established procedures within the agency. Motivate, train, and lead the team. Conduct daily briefings with client representatives to boost performance. Hold regular meetings to discuss objectives and achievements, clarify headquarters’ directives, assess overall agency operations, consider corrective measures, listen to and evaluate suggestions for enhancing commercial development.
Preferred Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BAC+5 level). Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Customer-oriented. Strong interpersonal skills. Effective communication. Rigor and organization. Client proximity.
