Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist and support the HR and IT departments in all their tasks and missions.
2. Gather internal recruitment needs related to projects and participate in writing job descriptions and job postings.
3. Perform sourcing, selection, and conduct job interviews.
4. Manage administrative aspects of job openings and contracts.
5. Establish and monitor dashboards, including alerts related to contracts and their project-related schedules.
6. Prepare reports and project-related reports for partners and internal purposes.
7. Manage health insurance, work-related accidents, and deaths in collaboration with the service provider, as well as employees.
8. Ensure strict adherence to Foundation Zakoura’s internal HR procedures and promote its values.
9. Provide regular activity reports.
Profile Requirements:
– Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (Bac+5).
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar career.
– Language Skills:
– Excellent command of French and Arabic.
– Proficiency in English is desirable for this job application.
– Computer Skills:
– Proficiency in word processing software and human resources information systems (HRIS).
– Technical Skills:
– Knowledge of labor law and social law.
– Professional Attitudes and Behaviors:
– Willingness to travel frequently.
– Attention to detail, autonomy, listening skills, and responsiveness.
– Interpersonal skills and discretion.
– Ability to handle pressure.
